Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In case of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and shipping method:
Please note: Delivery times are only estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions).
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to:US only.
- We do not ship to **P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 4 business days for the tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14days at retwistbytonya@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
- If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact us for assistance.
